All tutorials (PowerPoint presentations, accompanied by a 2-page
2-column paper with the abstract, essence, and references),
coauthored by Prof. Milutinovic, are public domain.
That means that the whole rest of the world
(all people except Prof. Milutinovic and his coauthors) are welcome to use the
tutorials, free of charge, for absolutely any educational, scientific,
or economic purposes (student education, research-related presentations,
money making, etc...). It would be nice if they inform Prof. Milutinovic and his
coauthors, by email, about any such activity (this can be of special
interest for CVs of younger coauthors), but it is not mandatory.
What is mandatory is that the names of coauthors and their email addresses
are visible during all uses of the tutorials and accompanying materials).

In the case of Prof. Milutinovic and his coauthors, the rules are slightly different.
Actually, everything applies the same, except for the following two
issues:

1. It is mandatory to inform coauthors by email, about where/when the
   coauthored tutorial was presented.

2. If a honorarium was involved, the leftover after all expences are covered,
if larger than E100, is divided by N coauthors, equaly (only
   the part above E100).

The above rules are subject to improvement and change (by Prof. Milutinovic),
without prior notice!
