Biography

 Short biography

Milan M. Ilić was born in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, in 1970. He received the Dipl. Ing. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia, in 1995 and 2000, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Massachusetts, USA, in 2003.

Dr Ilić is a Full Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade and an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Colorado State University. His expertise is in computational electromagnetics, antennas, and active microwave circuits. Dr Ilić is the recipient of the IEEE MTT-S Microwave prize 2005, ETRAN best paper award in the Antennas and Propagation section 2014, "Aleksandar Marincic" MTT-S award for outstanding scientific achievments 2017, and "Ilija Stojanovic" best paper award 2018.
